WASCASH Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WASCASH website (www.wascash.com) and mobile applications (the “App”). Please read them carefully before using WASCASH.

WASCASH, Inc. is incorporated in Delaware, United States, and owns the WASCASH platform, brand, and technology. In each country where WASCASH operates, the App is managed by a licensed local processor.

WASCASH enables users to schedule and manage pledges of payment. These pledges are guaranteed, honored, and executed by a licensed Guarantor (such as a bank or financial institution). Neither WASCASH, Inc. nor the local processor transfers money or provides credit. All payments and credit facilities are honored, guaranteed, and executed solely by the Guarantor (a licensed bank or financial institution).

By using WASCASH in a given country, you agree to the Terms applicable in that country as issued by the local processor.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WASCASH, you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

2. Eligibility & Verification

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding agreements.

  • You must have a valid bank account or payment method supported by the local processor.

  • To fully use WASCASH services, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification if you are an individual, or Know Your Business (KYB) verification if you are a business.

  • KYC/KYB checks are performed by the licensed local processor using the WASCASH platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

  • The local processor may suspend or close your account if there is suspected fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity.

4. Services Provided

Through WASCASH, users can:

  • Schedule future payments between payers and payees.

  • Create, view, and track pledges of payment guaranteed by the Guarantor.

  • Request rescheduling of payment dates (subject to approval).

  • Request early payment through discounting (subject to guarantor approval).

  • Request installment payment plans (subject to guarantor approval).

Important:

  • WASCASH does not directly transfer money. All payments are executed by the Guarantor (a licensed financial institution).

  • Usage limits and credit lines available within WASCASH are determined solely by the concerned Guarantor and are subject to the Guarantor’s approval. Neither WASCASH, Inc. nor the local processor has any role in granting or approving credit lines.

5. Fees & Payments

  • Some services may include fees. These will be shown before you confirm a transaction.

  • Fees are set by the local processor and may differ between countries.

  • Local taxes (such as VAT or equivalent) may apply in addition to fees. Any applicable taxes will be displayed before you confirm a transaction, and you are responsible for paying them.

  • By confirming a transaction, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes.

  • Distribution of collected fees (between processor, WASCASH, and guarantors) is handled internally and does not affect the total you pay.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use WASCASH only for lawful purposes.

  • Provide true and accurate transaction details.

  • Complete all required verification (KYC/KYB) before accessing financial features.

  • Comply with financial and tax obligations in your country of use.

  • Not engage in fraud, abuse, or attempts to misuse the platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not use WASCASH for:

  • Illegal activities, including money laundering or terrorist financing.

  • Providing false or misleading information.

  • Attempting to disrupt or tamper with the App or its security features.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

  • WASCASH, Inc. provides the platform “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • The Guarantor is solely responsible for honoring and executing payments and transfers, including approving credit lines or usage limits.

  • The local processor is responsible for operating WASCASH in compliance with the laws of the country of use, including performing KYC/KYB.

  • WASCASH, Inc. and the local processor are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays, or failures caused by banks, guarantors, or third-party providers.

9. Termination & Suspension

  • The local processor may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

  • Ending your account does not remove obligations for pending transactions or fees.

10. Governing Law

  • Ownership of the WASCASH platform and intellectual property is governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.

  • The Terms relevant to your use of WASCASH in a country are governed by the laws of that country and issued by the licensed local processor.

11. Changes to Terms

  • WASCASH, Inc. and local processors may update these Terms.

  • Updates will be notified in the App or by email.

  • Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

  • All rights in the WASCASH platform, brand, and technology belong to WASCASH, Inc.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

  • You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App without permission.
