Terms & Conditions
What Is Covered by These Terms?
These Terms and Conditions apply to the service provided through the WASCASH website and mobile application (“Website”, “Application”, “Platform”, or “System”).
The service has been developed to allow users to organize and manage deferred or installment-based payments for services or products offered by registered Service Providers, through the WASCASH Platform operated by Guaranteed Payments for Financial Activities LLC, in coordination with licensed financial institutions, and in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Who We Are and How to Contact Us
We, Guaranteed Payments for Financial Activities LLC, operate and manage the WASCASH website and mobile application. You may contact us through the communication channels listed on the official website.
The WASCASH Platform is the exclusive property of WASCASH, Inc., a U.S. company registered in the United States under the trade name WASCASH. WASCASH, Inc. has granted Guaranteed Payments for Financial Activities LLC the exclusive authorization to operate and manage the Platform in Jordan, including activating its services and handling its commercial and technical operations, in coordination with licensed financial institutions, and in accordance with applicable local regulations.
The Platform’s purpose is to organize and manage future-payment pledges and deferred financial obligations between users and registered Service Providers, in cooperation with licensed financial institutions, through a purely technical system. WASCASH is not a direct party to the contractual relationship between the parties; its role is limited to organizing and documenting the process electronically.
The Platform does not involve the buying or selling of goods or services. Its role is to facilitate deferred payment pledges electronically.
WASCASH may introduce new services, amend existing ones, or suspend any service at its sole discretion and without liability toward users.
Operational Framework of the Platform (WASCASH)
Definitions and Scope of Service
For the purposes of these Terms, the following words shall have the meanings assigned to them:
Platform / Website / Application / System / WASCASH:
The technological and operational ecosystem provided via web or mobile devices for organizing deferred-payment commitments and financing transactions between users, Service Providers, and the licensed Financial Guarantor.
Financial Guarantor / Licensed Financial Institution:
The licensed bank or financial institution responsible for executing payment orders, collections, financing, and credit-line issuance via the Platform, in accordance with the regulations of the Central Bank of Jordan.
Beneficiary / Debtor:
Any natural or legal person who creates an account to use installment or deferred-payment services provided through the Platform.
Service Provider / Creditor:
Any natural or legal person registered on the Platform and using it to manage or collect receivables via deferred or installment-based payment mechanisms.
Credit Line:
A restricted-purpose financing facility dedicated exclusively to settling receivables owed to Service Providers via the Platform. It may not, under any circumstances, be withdrawn as cash or used outside the Platform.
User:
Any natural or legal person using the Platform in any capacity, including Beneficiaries, Service Providers, or authorized third parties.
Nature of the Platform’s Role and Relationship Between Parties
WASCASH acts solely as a technical and operational service provider.
It does not conduct any direct or indirect lending, financing, or banking activity, nor is it a contractual party to the commercial relationship between the Beneficiary and the Service Provider.
All financial operations—opening credit lines, approvals, disbursements, collections, and financing—are carried out exclusively by the Financial Guarantor, which independently decides approvals or rejections in accordance with its internal credit policies and the regulatory framework of the Central Bank of Jordan.
All operations must be carried out exclusively through the Platform.
Any external or cash arrangement performed outside the Platform is not recognized and creates no obligation for WASCASH or the Financial Guarantor.
Account Creation, Verification, and Compliance
Using the Platform requires:
Creating an electronic account,
Providing accurate and complete information,
Accepting the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Both Beneficiaries and Service Providers agree to undergo:
Know Your Customer (KYC),
Identity verification,
Credit checks,
Anti-Money Laundering / Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) screening,
in accordance with Jordanian regulations.
By accepting these Terms, the user explicitly authorizes the Platform and/or the Financial Guarantor to obtain, share, or process credit data or identity information with external compliance or payment-service providers, strictly to execute transactions within the Platform’s operational framework.
Applying for and Opening a Credit Line (Beneficiaries)
After account verification, the Beneficiary may submit a credit-line application electronically and provide required documents.
The Financial Guarantor independently:
Evaluates eligibility based on income, credit history, and risk limits;
Issues a final approval or rejection decision;
Assigns a financial limit and usage period for the credit line.
The credit line may only be used through the Platform.
Establishing Obligations and Creating a Receivable
When the Beneficiary and Service Provider agree to transact via the Platform:
A digital receivable is created in favor of the Service Provider.
On the due date, the Financial Guarantor disburses the receivable from the Beneficiary’s credit line directly to the Service Provider.
Each disbursement is recorded as a separate financing tranche, and available credit is updated automatically.
Usage Restrictions and Prohibition of Cash Withdrawal
Using the credit line for:
cash withdrawals,
direct transfers,
or any transaction outside the Platform,
is strictly prohibited.
The credit line may only be used to settle receivables recorded on the Platform.
Flexible Financing (Easy Installment) – Beneficiaries
Before the due date, the Beneficiary may request financing to cover an upcoming receivable.
If approved:
The Financial Guarantor creates a new financing tranche,
Adds applicable interest and fees,
Updates the payment schedule and notifies the Beneficiary electronically.
Commercial Discount – Service Providers
A Service Provider may request a Commercial Discount to receive early payment of their receivable in exchange for an agreed discount.
The operation:
Is executed exclusively through the Platform,
Must comply with regulatory requirements,
Does not affect the Beneficiary’s credit schedule unless modified by the Financial Guarantor.
Early Collection – Service Providers
A Service Provider may request Early Collection, provided it is requested immediately upon receivable creation.
The cost of early collection is borne by the Beneficiary as compensation for the discount paid to the Financial Guarantor.
Fees, Interest, and Costs
All applicable:
fees,
interest,
service charges,
commercial discount fees,
are displayed clearly before the user approves any transaction.
Confirming a transaction constitutes full, binding acceptance of all costs.
WASCASH may amend fees at any time, with prior notice provided through the Platform.
Electronic Records and Notifications
All electronic records generated by the Platform—including obligations, payment orders, schedules, limits, fees, and notifications—constitute legally binding evidence, unless proven otherwise by a final court ruling.
Notifications sent via the Platform, email, SMS, or calls using registered contact information are considered official and effective upon sending.
Risk Management, Default, and Collections (Beneficiaries)
A Beneficiary is considered in default if a due payment is not settled on time.
The Financial Guarantor and/or WASCASH may:
Impose applicable fees;
Suspend or restrict the credit line;
Initiate collection measures, including legal action or referring the case to licensed collectors.
Payment Execution via the Platform
All financing and settlement operations are executed exclusively by the Financial Guarantor.
WASCASH provides only the technical and operational interface.
Beneficiaries must repay amounts due to the Financial Guarantor through approved channels.
All transactions are electronically recorded and legally binding.
Any payment made outside the Platform is invalid and creates no obligation for WASCASH or the Financial Guarantor.
