Data Deletion Instaructions

1. Data We Receive

You can register and log in to WASCASH directly through the app — no third-party account is required. Facebook Login, Google Sign-In, and Sign in with Apple are optional alternatives provided for convenience.

If you registered using one of these providers, WASCASH received the following information from them to create your account:

• Facebook Login: name, email address, phone number (where shared), profile picture

• Google Sign-In: name, email address, profile picture

• Sign in with Apple: name, email address or private relay address

We do not use this data for advertising or cross-app tracking.

2. How to Request Deletion

Email privacy@wascash.com with:

1. Your registered account identifier (email address, phone number, or Apple relay address)

2. The sign-in method you used (direct registration, Facebook, Google, or Apple)

3. A request to delete your account and all associated data

We will verify your identity and confirm receipt within 3 business days. Deletion will be completed within 30 days of verification. You will receive a written confirmation with a Deletion Reference Number.

For Facebook-initiated requests (via Facebook App Settings), we will also provide a Status URL as required by Facebook Platform Policy.

3. What Gets Deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, we will permanently delete:

• Profile picture and provider authentication token

• Authentication and login event records

• Non-financial app usage data, preferences, and marketing history

• Name, email address, and phone number — for accounts with no financial activity only

Financial accounts — regulatory retention: If your account has been used for any transaction, KYC verification, or payment pledge, your name, email address, and phone number form part of your customer identity record under applicable AML/CFT and financial regulations. These cannot be deleted and will be retained for the applicable regulatory minimum period. All other data above will still be deleted. Your written confirmation will specify exactly what was deleted and what was retained.
